Shipping

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and delivery location.

Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time
Once collected by the courier, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays, weather, or remote locations.


Returns & Refunds

Because our products include food and personal care items, we approach returns with fairness, hygiene, and common sense.

Opened or used products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened honey jars

  • Used soap

However, if something is genuinely wrong with the product, please contact us — we’re always happy to make a plan.

Unopened products

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, even if the product is unopened.
This helps us keep logistics minimal, reduce waste, and maintain hygiene standards.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Leaking

  • Broken

  • Or incorrect

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

In these cases, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund, at no cost to you.

Quality concerns

If you believe there is a quality issue with your honey or soap (texture, seal, freshness, or defect), please reach out.
We handle these matters case by case, always aiming for a fair outcome.

Crystallisation of Honey

Raw honey may naturally crystallise over time. This is a normal and natural process and does not affect the quality, safety, or taste of the honey.

Crystallisation is not a defect and is not a valid reason for a return, refund, or replacement.

If you prefer your honey in a liquid state, gently warming the jar in warm (not boiling) water will return it to a smooth consistency.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
