Wholesale & Fundraising Terms – Southern Gold Honey

1. Introduction

Southern Gold Honey (Pty) Ltd partners with cafés, retailers, and schools across South Africa to provide ethically sourced, premium raw honey at accessible prices. These terms outline how we work with wholesale buyers and fundraising partners.

2. Wholesale Orders

Minimum Order

  • The minimum order quantity for wholesale clients is 10 jars or squeeze bottles per order.

Payments

  • All wholesale orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

Pricing & Discounts

We believe in making raw honey as accessible as possible—especially for smaller businesses.

  • We offer a standard pricing structure, but we also provide volume discounts.

  • Final pricing may vary slightly based on the scale of your business; smaller cafés may qualify for more flexible rates, while larger buyers may receive standardised tiered discounts.

  • Pricing is always discussed and agreed upon in writing before an order is finalised.

Custom & Co-Branded Labels

  • We proudly offer co-branded or custom labels for wholesale clients.

  • Whether you’d like your logo alongside ours or a fully white-labeled product, we’ll collaborate with you to create something beautiful.

Lead Time

  • Wholesale orders are dispatched within five (5) business days of payment and design approval.

3. Fundraising Partnerships (Schools & Nonprofits)

Minimums & Structure

  • There is no minimum order quantity for school fundraisers.

  • After a fundraising campaign ends, we deliver the full batch of orders to the school for distribution.

  • We assist with setting recommended resale prices, but schools may choose their own.

Payments

  • Once the campaign concludes, we confirm total orders with the school.

  • The school makes a single upfront payment, and we deliver the full order.

Co-Branded Labels

  • We strongly encourage co-branded labels featuring the school’s name or campaign logo.

Lead Time

  • Fundraising orders are fulfilled within five (5) business days after payment and final label approval.

4. General Terms

Exclusive Pricing

  • We may offer exclusive pricing or negotiated rates to certain groups (e.g., fundraising partners, early supporters, or small businesses) to help make local, raw honey more accessible.

Returns & Refunds

  • For wholesale and fundraising orders:

    • We do not accept returns of unsold stock.

    • We will replace or refund products that are damaged, contaminated, or crystallised (with photo proof).

Shipping

  • Shipping is quoted separately for all wholesale and fundraising orders.

  • Orders are shipped via trusted couriers or can be collected by arrangement.

Written Agreements

  • All wholesale and fundraising partnerships are confirmed with a written agreement outlining the terms discussed, including pricing, branding, and delivery expectations.
